For real estate sale research in Richland and Lexington County, please visit Midlands Trends (http://www.MidlandsTrends.com). They provide an online database containing commercial and residential property transactions from 2005 to today in Lexington and Richland County. Terry Peterson, analyst for Integra, created this spin-off company to offer real estate professionals, lenders, broker, appraisers and investors access to the information as an alternative to hunting commercial sale comps through county websites.
